1. Eligibility
All registered BitRex Users in good standing are automatically enrolled in the multi-level referral programme. Each User receives a unique referral code and corresponding referral URL accessible from the partner section of the dashboard.
2. Commission Structure
Referral commissions are paid on (a) deposits made by referred Users ("Deposit Commission"); (b) mining-plan subscriptions purchased by referred Users ("Invest Commission"); and (c) interest credited to referred Users' mining balances ("Interest Commission"). Commission percentages are determined by the referrer's current rank and the depth of the referral level. The applicable schedule is published in the dashboard and may be updated from time to time on a forward-looking basis.
3. Prohibited Promotion
You may not promote your referral link by means of spam, false or misleading advertising, search-engine manipulation involving the BitRex brand, paid advertising on platforms that prohibit cryptocurrency promotion, or any communication that misrepresents the risks of cloud mining. Breach of this clause may result in forfeiture of accrued commissions and account suspension.
4. Self-Referral and Multi-Accounting
Self-referral is prohibited. Referring an account that you operate or that operates on your behalf is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate forfeiture of any commission accrued through that referral chain.
5. Modification of Programme
BitRex reserves the right to modify the commission schedule, eligibility criteria and rank thresholds of the referral programme on a forward-looking basis. Commissions already credited will not be retroactively adjusted.

Service tickets may also be opened through the support panel within your account dashboard. Where this policy refers to "BitRex", "we", "us" or "our", it shall be deemed to refer to Bitrex Digital LLC.
