Refunds

1. General Principle

Mining-plan subscriptions purchased on BitRex are non-refundable once the corresponding hash-rate has been allocated and mining has commenced. This reflects the irreversible nature of the underlying hardware operation and the energy already procured to deliver the contracted output.

2. Cooling-Off Window

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a User who purchases a plan and has not received any yield credit may request a refund of the principal subscription amount, less any blockchain network fees actually incurred, within twelve (12) hours of purchase by opening a support ticket. After the first yield credit has been posted to the User's ledger, the plan is treated as fully active and is no longer eligible for the cooling-off refund.

3. Deposit Reversals

Cryptocurrency deposits are technically irreversible. Once a deposit transaction has been confirmed on the originating network and credited to the User's account balance, BitRex cannot reverse it. Users who wish to move funds off the Platform should initiate a withdrawal, which is processed within our standard 6-hour service-level commitment.

4. Withdrawal Service Level

Withdrawal requests are processed and settled to the destination address within six (6) hours of submission. Where additional KYC or AML verification is required, the User will be notified and the 6-hour clock paused pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. Network confirmation times are determined by the underlying blockchain and are not within BitRex's control.

5. Erroneous Transactions

Where a User submits a withdrawal to an incorrect, invalid or incompatible address, BitRex shall use reasonable endeavours to recover the funds but assumes no liability and offers no guarantee of recovery. Users are solely responsible for verifying destination addresses and network selection.

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated through any third-party payment processor or card scheme in respect of deposits made to BitRex are considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any disputed balance pending the outcome of the chargeback proceedings.

Service tickets may also be opened through the support panel within your account dashboard. Where this policy refers to "BitRex", "we", "us" or "our", it shall be deemed to refer to Bitrex Digital LLC.
